SHARON NEAL
Ms. Neal is experienced in civil litigation practice throughout the Southeast involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, professional negligence, products liability, motor carrier/trucking liability, premises liability, and homeowners' liability. For the first 15 years of her legal career, Ms. Neal represented Michelin North America, Inc. in claims and lawsuits pending in State and Federal Courts throughout the Southeast involving the design and manufacture of passenger and light truck tires. She also represented surgeons, physicians, and their medical practices, and represented numerous trucking companies including Schneider National and Federal Express.
Ms. Neal has tried numerous cases to successful verdict in the Southeast on both the defense side earlier in her career and more recently prosecuting claims and lawsuits on behalf of individuals who were injured or killed by the negligence and wrongdoing of other persons and entities.
Ms. Neal was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1997, the Georgia Bar in 1998 and the Florida Bar in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana) in 1993 with a minor in Spanish. She studied International Business in Salamanca, Spain in 1992 through Indiana University's foreign exchange program. Ms. Neal received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1997. While at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Ms. Neal competed on the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team and progressed to the regional semifinals.
